Move along little doggie

154.4 as of this morning post bm. Yeah I know TMI but it's important. I've been taking Metamucil and it's doing wonders so far. I forgot to take it last night though so I thought it would affect me today but I was finally able to have a bm after doing my hair. I didn't want to take it this morning because it can cause problems with vitamin absorbency that is why I like to take it at night. When I first woke up and weighed I was 156.0. Crazy huh? I guess that just goes to show how important it is to eat your fiber and have bm's regularly. I've never been regular so hopefully I'm finally on to something. One can only hope.
Z and I had an off night last night. We went to Mexican for dinner. I had roughly 12 tortilla chips and salsa and a fajita chicken salad w/out guac or sour cream extra salsa and water. I was satiated and full at the same time so dinner was a success. Plus the fact that I got to have dinner with my sweetie. That is always a bonus. He's so cute.
I felt kind of guilty for not working out but then again I don't want to get all neurotic about it. I used to not go out or let myself relax until I got my workout in. I was planning on trying to get up this morning but we didn't get to bed until midnight again. I'm just not going to sweat it because that is only one day of not working out thus far and we're going tonight and I WILL get up tomorrow morning to workout since I won't be able to that night cuz we're going out with friends for dinner at Bahama Breeze.

Mood:
Good. A little crampy since TOM is just about here. Feeling strong and determined. A little tired but nothing that an Americano can't solve.

Physically:
Crampy, slightly bloated, tired, chest soreness, but it's all doable.
