A new low... *smile*

146.5 lbs was the official weigh in. My lowest EVER!! I was standing on the scale telling myself not to be upset if I don't loose weight this week, because I had lost 5 lbs 2 weeks before and only .5 lbs last week and I'm supposed to be on my period, but low and behold I look down at my digital scale and it say 146.5!! WOOOT!

I guess my morning workouts and the fact that my eating has been good is what it takes for me to loose weight. Ever since mid September when I decided to stop playing around and to start getting up at 3am to get my workouts in, I've started to loose weight again. I'm already 5.5 lbs from my short term goal of 140. Once I get there I'm going to see how hard it is to loose an additional 5 lbs to bring me to 135. Then I'll have to figure out how hard it will be to maintain it. I can't believe this day has finally arrived. This summer I think I talked myself into believe that it wouldn't... I just wanted to maintain, but then I started to feel deprived and that it wasn't fair that other people could eat what they wanted and not gain weight, but since then I have found that other people can't either!!! It catches up with them sooner or later...

I'm feeling very comfortable in my skin and it's a great feeling.

Plus I just found out that my friend D is going out for her B-day and I was invited. Now if I can get C to come it will be all good. It will be fun to get together, instead of just going home to the puppy... Not that the puppy isn't any fun - just not a lot of fun to have a few beers with, ya know? *smirk*
