4 am wake up call.

Yup, at 4am I decided the stupid blanket was too warm so I removed it and replaced it with the other one. All the while my sweetie was growling at me tee hee! ;) Then I proceeded to make the bed - around him! It took us a while to get back to bed because he was teasing me about being neurotic - which I know already - and giggling about the whole thing. This didn't help me feel like getting up when the alarm when off at 5:30am. So I finally got up at 6:00am. I really didn't want to though.

I didn't want to get out of the warm bed and leave my sweetie. He is working from home today so I had to leave extra early to beat traffic and get into the gym and have enough time to get ready before work.

I did it! I had to rush though because with the rain it made traffic even worse!

3 sets 12-15 reps bench press
3 sets 12-15 reps incline becn press
3 sets 12-15 reps incline flies

3 sets 12-15 reps barbell shoulder press standing
3 sets 12-15 reps dumbell press sitting
3 sets 12-15 reps standing cable pull downs with straigh bar

3 sets 12-15 reps tripcep kick backs standing
3 sets 5-7 reps over head tricep press
3 sets 5-7 reps over head rope cable press

I finished up with treadmill work at 14 incline for 30 minutes set at 2.6 to start and increased to 2.9. Felt nice, warm and sweaty when I was done.

Since I was able to finish the lifting in 45 minutes, I can add another set to each body part since I have time.

Legs day might be another story as I didn't have enough time to fit in everything I wanted. I'll probably improve on my time once I get stronger and into the groove of things.

I took Wednesday and Thursday off, so I'll be doing my leg day on Saturday and doing a cardio day on Sunday.

Food was higher yesterday 1800's but I was feeling blah so maybe that is to be expected? Today I will try to keep it lower. At least my calories vary from day to day. Keeping my system guessing.

I was thinking maybe I would rejoin WW for the meetings and to meet other people who are fighting the battle of the buldge but then again I never did find anyone that was similar to me and I had a hard time finding leaders that I identified with, so naw I think for now I'll keep doing what I've started. Z did mentioned that he thinks I would be good at rock climbing and that the women who do seem to be more like the people I would identify with. Athletic, competitive (in regards to myself), bubbly, and outgoing. Hmmm I've never done it and don't even know where to start, so maybe that is something I'll check into. It's colder here now so maybe a rock climbing gym would be in order... Just playing with the idea.

TGIF! I can't wait to get home to my sweetie. Hopefully he'll get some rest and feel better once I get home.
