I survived day two without Prozac :). I felt more awake than I have in a long time and that wasn't due to more sleep. I was on call this weekend so I didn't get to sleep in or rest really, because I was always monitoring the network.
I went to the gym yesterday night and it was so dang busy!!! What the heck! I could barely get on an elliptical machine let alone lift some weights. So I was determined to go into the gym at 4am this morning. L and I actually got up. I only hit snooze once this morning and we made it in for a good 1 hour workout. I will do my weights later, since I didn't have the time, but at least I got my elliptical workout in. My ankle is still hurting me, but not as much as yesterday. I feel great this morning. I feel like I got a nice start on my day and I beat traffic again. I've been leaving about an hour earlier and that seems to work, though I'm still trying to get on a vanpool, we'll see.
Eating was on yesterday, I actually only at maybe between 11-15 points, but that is pretty much what I had to do in the past on WW to loose weight, so I'm not going to get all caught up in the AP points and flex points stuff. I just want to see the scale go down!!
I've had half a granola bar so far (2 pts) and no coffee (forgot to turn it on), so I'll be getting my instant oatmeal and some coffee shortly.
