I survived my first weekend on call. I thought I was going to go bonkers not leaving the house though... Once my co-worker said he would take over at 4:26pm on Sunday, I was out the door to the gym. I ran for an hour, did the elliptical for an hour and then went home to do another half hour of lifting weights for my biceps and back. WOOT! I didn't really watch my points this last week, but I'm back on plan this week. I will weigh in on Friday to see what the damage is "officially" heh. I got on the scale this morning and it said 156.5 YUCK!! But I was expecting it. I was eating out of stress of being on call and cooped up and boy did it show. I'm tired of this bouncing around stuff!!! I'm ready to get the last 10-15 pounds off for good! This is a promise I'm making to myself and whoever reads this joural. I also stopped taking Prozac on Sunday, so hopefully I won't be as tired. I made this decision by myself, so we'll see how it goes. I did request a refill just in case I fall flat on my face, but it did say 0 refills... So we'll see. I think I'm doing okay. I haven't had any panic attacks and I haven't had any headaches and stuff. We'll take this one day at a time. I got up on time, left the house on time and made it to work on time, so I'm on a roll!! L and I will be going to the gym tonight for another good workout, so that will be a good end to the day.
