Still sore... but getting better

Sore again ;).

Did legs, back, and biceps last night. I finished up with 45 minutes walking on the treadmill at 14 incline and 2.8 speed with no arms. I'm really trying to pay attention to my body and not go to fast because I'm trying not to put my body into an anaerobic mode. I should have worn my heart rate monitor but I forgot.

Monday I did chest, triceps, and shoulders. I started the day with my 45 minute walk on the treadmill on 14 incline and 3.0 speed.

Food was 1448 yesterday. I'm trying to stay between 1300-1500. Monday it was 1185 so I did better on Tuesday with the added shake with a little bit of skim milk. I don't think I'll add the extra shake today as I'm going to take this day as a rest day I think. We'll see. If anything I'll do my 45-60 minute cardio routine later.

Skin is doing better. The horrible 3 that I got on vacation are just about all healed. My skin has not been as dry so I'm still not using as much moisturizer. Only in the spots that it is needed. I have been using it on my neck and behind my ears as I have dry spots there. Also on the back of my arms. I haven't had any breakouts on my back or chest - knock on wood - but I did have one on my back right before vacation. I haven't had one there is years. Just goes to show that Accutane does bring things to the surface. The 3 pimples that I got while gone where deep, big, red and HURT! I never used to get ones like that but I know they are working they way through my skin and that I might get a few more. I've been reading peoples journals about their experiences and it sounds like month 3 might be a repeat of the previous months but towards the end and maybe month 4 things will start to click a bit more.

Still sore but chuggin. Food is good. My face if good. My mood is good. Just really tired still ;). Oh well. You can't have everything right?
