Day's Left until I become Mrs. Smith :)

Day 1..again :)

Woke up at 5:39am and went to the gym near the house so that I could do my 45 minutes of treadmill with the incline set to 14 and the speed at 3.2 with no arm assistance. Then I went home changed t-shirts and sports bra and then got my sweetie up with breakfast and coffee. We headed out to the gym near work where we lifted for 60 minutes. Chest, shoulders, and triceps with abs thrown throughout the workout. I could barely wash my hair afterwards! LOL. I feel better now. I followed the workout with a protein shake, I had a protein filled salad with lots of veggies and then I had a1/2 portion of individual size cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of grapes. I'll eat the other half in a bit. I'm trying to eat every 3-4 hours and or course still drink lots of water. I'm tired but feel good. I'm going to try to do this 4 days a week (m,t,th, & f) and on Wednesday I'll just do my walking. I'm going to start wearing my heart monitor again so that I can try to stay in my fat burning zone. I can run, do the step mill, elliptical and what not but Z feels I might put my self into an anerobic state so I'm going to try to go back to walking on an incline using big strides and no arms to move my butt in the morning. Ideally I would be doing it after my lifting but I don't have the time, unless I do my lifting first thing at the gym close to the house and walk at the gym close to work...Hmmm might have to change things around. Not sure yet. Trying to eat high protein and watch my simple cards. This is going to take a bit. Back to protein shakes hopefully twice a day. I'll need to keep some at work and figure out how I'm going to prepare them. Maybe a cheap blender? I'm have to think on that. Feeling alright. Looking forward to not having to workout this evening and spending time with my sweetie instead.
