Fat Day...

Yesterday there wasn't much to report. I was feeling fat and didn't have much to say about it. I got on the scale and yup I've gained a bit which seems asinine to a person who is running so much, but that just goes to show that I can not exercise and NOT watch what I eat. I haven't been eating badly, but I haven't be monitoring it either, so back to the drawing board. I'm going to try to weigh myself several times a day like Z suggests to get a better understanding of my weight fluctuations and maybe I won't be so afraid or HATE the scale so much in the end. I doubt it, but it's worth a try, right? I don't want to do this, but I need to in order to keep track of how things are going. I'm going to start documenting my points and will hopefully go shopping this weekend to pick up some food so that I can start packing my lunch and healthy snacks like I normally do when I loose weight.

z is leaving tonight for his Mt. Adams climb. Good luck baby.
