151.0 baby! That is what I'm talking about. That is with 5 days of journaling and working out. I'm either going to work out tonight or give myself a day off. I don't have time to workout this morning as I might be catching lunch with some old co-workers of Z and mine. Z might come too :). Then I might get together with some peeps this evening, but nothing is concrete yet.
I'm thinking that while I'm on the 2nd shift at work Friday mornings work well for me, because I was able to weight until I did a bm to weigh in. I did weigh in before the bm and I was a lb higher. So I waited, my body cooperated and I was able to go. I hate going to the bathroom. Z and I've talked about it and I just don't like it. I've never liked it, but you need to do it to survive right? No way around that one... Anyways maybe I'll start not hating it as much because it got m down a lb this morning. So I'm thinking about it. when I go back to morning shifts I'll probably do weighin's on Saturday so that I can give myself sometime to do the bm and stuff. It seems like when I want to the most I can't. To much pressure or something. Oh well. Enough bm talk.
