Man Monday was brutal. I felt like had no strength whatsoeva. I did 45 on the step mill and was depleted. I took the weekend off so I thought that would help but boy did I feel weak. Tuesday I did my first weight lifting workout on my own. I did 45 on the step mill to start and then I did 1 hr of lifting on my own with my special card that my trainer made for me. Many today I was totally sore!! I kicked my own butt! SWEET! Wednesday (today) I did 60 min on the step mill and felt about normal. I got a really nice sweat going on and felt strong until the finish. Almost back to normal. My stomach is doing better so once TOM leaves I'll be happy again. Oh and I can't wait to weigh in on Friday or Maybe I should wait until Monday when I'm officially off TOM and back in the gym to see what the new numba's are ;). I feel really lean and strong right now. I'm fitting into my 8's again and everything else just feels right and I don't have ripples and rolls every where any more. My stomach is toned and my core feels strong. I have a bit of right hip flexor pain today but other than that I feel greeeaaattt! I'm having dinner and a few drinks with my best friend from college after work and I can't wait.
All in all I'm feeling good inside and out. I feel cute/sexy today and am looking forward to struttin my stuff. To bad Z can't ravish me - poor guy :(. Hang in there sweetie. Thank goodness he's patient! heh.
