Wow, what I can remember of the weekly recap...

Monday 13th:
Evening workout 60 min step mill

Tuesday 14th:
Morning 45 min step mill an 1 hr strength training that kicked my butt

Wednesday 15th:
1 hr step mill

Thursday 16th:
1 hr step mill

Friday 17th:
1 hr step mill

Saturday 18th:
rest day (sat on my butt while camping and ate - oh and talked of course ;))

Sunday 19th:
rest day (ate more at my parents for fathers day bbq)

Mondat 20th:
1 hr on step mill

I weighed in sometime last week (I don't remember) but I was the same. I've been eating pretty clean except for these cookies my co-worker gave me the recipe for. I've been trying to master them and I think I've finally got them down. I made some for the camping trip and for the bbq at my parents and everyone seems to like them but Z says I'm trying to make him tubby so I'll not make them for a while:).
I had an allergic reaction to a new cleanser I tried this last week or the lake water I washed my face in this weekend so I'm at home with this rash that looks lovely. I've got my cream and am trying to stay out of the sun. I hope the skin starts to look better soon. I'm going to try to go out and cut the lawn soon once the sun changes directions and it isn't so hot outside. Z says I look fine but I feel like a leper. Well at least I feel good other than the rash on my face. My clothes are starting to get baggy and I'm starting to feel like my self and I LIKE it. My training sessions will be ending soon but I'm not afraid. I'll get a list of the workouts we've done and I'll just have to make it a priority to get up early to do my cardio and my weights on my own. It's the only way that I can ensure I can fit it in. Everyonce in a while an evening workout is fine but it makes the day so much longer for both Z and I. Can't wait until we move closer to work and the gym. All in all I'm feeling strong and successful so far by loosing 8 lbs to date, increasing my cardio stamina again and building lean muscle again. Keep on keeping on.
