Wednesday 1st:
60 min step mill in the AM.
Thursday 3rd:
25 min step mill and 60 min strength training and then 35 more min on step mill in the AM. Butt thoroughly kicked! ;p
Friday 4th:
60 min step mill in the evening. I past on a movie with my sweetie and jehowah because I knew how guilty I would feel if I didn't get my workout in for the day. I didn't get up that morning because I was soo tired, so I HAD to do it that evening and I wasn't actually all the interested in seeing a movie but I wouldn't of minded seeing a movie, but Z had company so I decided to do what I had to do. I felt sublime when I was done and showered though.
Saturday 4th:
45 min step mill. I was sweaty! But I had a great time cuz I was with my sweetie. I also cut the front and back lawn for more exercise to boot. Plus Z and I have do more house work to try to complete the rennovations.
Sunday 5th:
Rest day, but we did a ton of work at the house.
Monday 6th:
I WILL be doing 60 min on the step mill this evenign all by my lonesome. Afterwards I'm gonna shower and then head over to Z's to drop off his stuff. Z is going to hang out at home and catch up on some rest. I'll treat myself to a peanut butter chocolate protein shake for dinner and then head over to say good nite and then go home and crash LOL! I have to get up early for my cardio and then my lifting with my trainer tomorrow morning so no sleeping in for me.
Saturday morning after my workout I checked my weight and I weighed 155.2 folks!!! HOLY CRAP! I guess my busting my butt is paying off FINALLY. 5/20 I weighed 163 lbs. 5/27 I weighed 160.0 lbs. and then 6/4 I weighed 155.2 lbs! WOOT! Well if that isn't motivation to get my butt into the gym and sweat like a pig and eat right then I don't know what is!!! I've been feel sexier in my skin and enjoying the way my clothes feel again. I'm still about 15 lbs from where I WANT to be, but I'm only 10 from just about my lowest adult weight ever in life so I know I can make it if I keep things up. I feel good and strong though I'm tired I'm looking forward to my workout.
