Break Day

So yesterday was a break day. I was just too tired and unmotivated (who moi?) to do my workout. Z tried to talk me into it, but I was really not into it, so we went and spent money at REI instead for our weekend backpacking trip. Then we went to Azteca for dinner. I was good! I ordered a Fajita salad and had some chips and salsa of course. Then Z and I went on a 3.2 (I think he said) walk in our new boots, sock liners, and socks. It was a nice evening and walk talking about the things that I need to keep in mind when we're backpacking. All in all very helpful. So does lots of sex and a 3 mile walk count for exercise? I think it does ;).

I'm feeling kind of blah today, not really tired, but blah. I am ready to workout, but unfortunately I am WORK! hee hee. I guess I'm still getting used to my new schedule. For the last month I got my workouts in before work and it felt great. I would still be at the gym now. Maybe that is why I'm totally jonesin for it now. Oh well I'll just have to get use to working out in the evenings again I guess - oh and the crowds of people. To tell you the truth, I think that was one of the main reason I didn't want to go to the gym last night. Mondays are usually really packed. Oh well I'll make it today. I kinda needed a rest day, so I guess yesterday is as good as any other day. Last week I worked out just about ever day, so I guess I deserved it.

I'm kinda getting hungry, so it must be about time to eat lunch. Mmmmm chicken teriyaki with the sauce on the side, half the rice and extra stir fried veggies sounds like the ticket.
