Tuesday 24th:
Morning 30 min elliptical & 60 min lifting. After work did additional 60 min on step mill.
Wednesday 25th:
50 min step mill
Thursday 26th:
50 min step mill & 60 min lifting
Friday 27th:
rest day
Saturday 28th:
6 mile hike to Cougar Lakes. Hot, snow trudgin, up hill hiking with a backpack and using lots of leg muscles to walk up and down terrain.
Sunday 29th:
Hung around camp and walked to and from creek and smaller lake.
Monday 30th:
hiked 6 miles out to car
Tuesday 31st:
40 min step mill (tired so tired) and 60 min lifting hard (sweat, sweat, and more sweat).
Thursday 1st:

All I know is that my pants are getting seriously baggy so I HAVE to wear a belt with my 10's. Now if my legs would lean out a bit more my 8's wouldn't be skin tight. I'm also on TOM big time and it really put a cramp on backpacking but I just grinned and beared it cramps and all. I weighed myself Friday morning without working out and after eating bfast and I was 160 even, but I think that I'm less now but we'll see on Friday. After all the exercise I've been doing I better see a swoosh of weight drop! Plus TOM will be almost to an end. I get my next Depo shot on the 7th so hopefully that doesn't force another week of TOM While my body adjusts to the new shot. This is only the second shot I've gotten in 2 years of trying the pill again and spotting all of the time so hopefully that doesn't happen. I need some Z time darn it! ;)
