Summary of workouts last week:
Monday 16th:
Up at 5:30am. Got to gym at 7am
1 hr stair mill and 30 min elliptical w/arms
Tuesday 17th:
amUp at 6:30am. Got to gym by 8:15am
1 hr step mill 1 hr lifting with trainer
Wednesday 18th:
Up at 5:30am
1 hr step mill and 30 min on elliptical w/arms
Thursday 19th:
Up at 4:30am!!! Ugggh Got to gym by 6am
1 hr elliptical
Friday 20th:
Up at 7am. Got to gym by 8:10am
1 hr step mill
Saturday 21st:
Up at 6:30am after Z got up at 6am and made me coffee - I love that man!!! Got to gym by 8am.
1 hr step mill and 30 min elliptical and then 1 hr and 20 min training with trainer.
Sunday 22nd:
Rest day. Got my hair foiled and helped Z with home improvements.
Monday 23rd:
Up at 6:45am. Got to gym by 7am.
1 hr on step mill and 30 min elliptical with arms.
I'm feeling kinda tired this morning, but I have my gande americano with room and so I'm feeling better. I've had 76 oz of water so far and a myoplex protein shake. Not sure what I'm going to have for lunch, but sushi sounds heavenly. We'll see. Feeling on task so far and I feel like there is more room in my jeans YAY! I just need to keep on keeping on. Everyday gets a bit easier.
BTW I lost 3.8 lbs last week!!! Woot! Keeping it dropping!!!
