Monday 9th - 60 min elliptical w/arms
Tuesday 10th - 20 min elliptical w/arms & 40 min lifting weigths in evening
Wednesday 11th - 60 min step mill & 55 min elliptical w/arms
Thursday 12th - 60 step mill & 45 min elliptical w/arms
Friday 13th - 60 step mill & 70 min strength training
Saturday 14th - ran 5.65 miles on treadmill
Sunday 15th - rest day
Monday 16th - 60 min step mill & 30 min elliptical w/arms
Tuesday 17th - TBD but most likely 60 min step mill and 60 strength training with trainer.
Food has been good, but I've decided I'm going to stop the JC and get a dietitan/nutritionist instead. I can't maintain 1200 calories and workout 2 hours a day 6
5 days a week. I need to learn how to eat anyways so I'll just learn it from someone who can teach me.
So many changes. I'm really excited about them though. Feeling good and strong. Just taking one day at time.
