Day's Left until I become Mrs. Smith :)

Day 1 of working out in the morning for 2 hours.

So I got up at 5:30am, grabbed my bags that I packed the night before with my work clothes, food, purse, water bottle) and hit the coffee button so that I had my morning joe on the way into to the gym. I had about half of it by the time I made it to the gym at 7am exactly. I found a locker and headed to the dim workout room with all the cardio equipement. I did the step mill on level 8 for an hour and then the cross trainer for 55 minutes. I stopped early because my heels were killing me. I then peeled my stinky & sweaty clothes off my person and took a shower. Now I brought showering stuff, but I didn't need to. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap right there. Isn't that cool ;). I "heart" this gym. So nice and plush. Spoils ya. This is quite a treat after beinge a gym money for years and years this is the nicest gym ever! I then got partially ready and then proceeded to do my hair and makeup. I felt good and looked good by the time I rolled into work. I even found a spot in the area that I usually perfer to park! I then took the elevator up to my floor, stopped in the kitchen grabbed my silver dollar pancakes and my turkey sausage breakfast warmed it up and then put the rest of my food in the fridge. If Z and I don't go out to lunch then I'm prepared. I have my JC meeting today, but I still have half of my food and I'm not entirely sure I've lost weight but I'm still going to go because it doesn't hurt anything. My trainer isn't sure that 1200 calories is enough for me while doing 2 hour workouts 5 days a week (1 hour cardio & 1 hour weights), so I'm kinda not sure where to go with this. I can sign up for a dietitian but I'm not sure. Still debating this...
All in all feeling good. Feeling proud of myself for not hitting the snooze button once this morning. That is a HUGE deal folks!!! ;) And that I made it to the gym for 2 hours in preparation for Friday my first training day with my trainer. I can't wait. Today is already off to a great start. This is what I've missed. This put together and I've done something really good for myself feeling. Plus I've got the endorphins running through my veins. I feel good and strong. Hope tomorrow goes as well.
