Day 83 - Is it time yet?!

Day 83:
135.8 - up slightly after a heavy leg day as to be expected. Feeling good and legs are tired ;).

AM - 30 minutes lifting for shoulders
AM - 30 minutes elliptical w/arms
AM - 30 minutes running 9 min miles for 3.25 (doing the elliptical helped the butt pain).
AF - 45 minutes step mill

Yesterday:
134.0

AM - 30 minutes lifting for legs
AM - 30 minutes running 9 min miles (butt hurt at 24 minutes again)
AM - 30 minutes elliptical w/arms

Good run even after a leg workout!! My legs have really leaned out. My upper and lower back, tummy, legs and upper body are so lean. I just need to lose a bit of fat on my inner thighs. All in good time. I'm working it so it will happen all in good time.

I was back up again at 4:15am this morning. It's getting better, but I tend to hit the "tired" wall about 10am and then again at 4pm. This has nothing to do with food every 2-2.5 hours if I can help it. It's 10am now and I could just roll up and sleep on my desk ;). Oh well. Time for more coffee!
