Day 82:
134.0 - lowest yet. Even after eating all sorts of chocolate, tons of meat, and basically no PM cardio sessions. Not bad. -0.8 for the week. I'm trying to stick with losing to 130, but not kill myself. I believe my body is losing fat right now as several of my size 6 jeans are baggier on my in the tummy, butt and thigh areas. I just bought these things! I've been doing core/abs and butt exercises on the weekend along with my cardio and I've added the additional meal during the day. I guess so far so good.
AM - 30 minutes lifting for legs
AM - 30 minutes running 6.6 for 3.20 miles. My left butt muscle didn't start hurting until about 25 minutes into the run so I kept going but I still feel it now :(. I'm going to try to stretch it out tonight.
Last night I finally got rid of the rest of Easter dinner LOL. I tried Laci Le Beau's dieters tea, because my sister-in-law swears by it. She calls it her poop tea ;). Boy does it work! I've never um had quite the BM in my LIFE! And the tea was not all medicinal tasting and it was actually enjoyable. I love having a couple cups of hot green tea in the evening before bed so I just substituted one of the green teas for the dieters tea. I won't take it all the time. Only when I'm feeling impacted ;p. I feel so much better today, though I'm very tired still. I'm adjusting to the hour earlier workout schedule. 4:30am yesterday and 4:15am today - ;(. Once I'm up I'm fine though. One day at a time. One step at a time right?
