July 17th - Posing and Nutrition Seminar

It's right in my neck of the woods too! How exciting. I know nothing about posing and I would love to get more information about dieting and leaning out. I'm excited about this. I wrote him to ask for more info or a site I can reference.

I'm kind of basing these upon the fact that they are close to home so I don't have to travel. I live in WA so Tacoma, Auburn, Bellevue, Centralia, and Wenatchee are totally doable. I look at some of these galleries I think I could totally do that with some more leaning of the legs and some building of the upper body. I actually feel I look more muscular and lean than some of these women who competed last year already, but what do I know ;).
