Day 76

Day 76:
lbs? - So effing tired! Lack of sleep is catching up to me again. Plus the hard leg workout yesterday totally kicked my butt - literally ;p. Z had to get to work early so I worked out at the Pro Club this morning instead but it took me forever to wake up. That is after eating my yummy protein pancake and drinking coffee. Wow I was full! Quite different than eating it after a workout ;). I pushed hard during my shoulder workout though. Tried out some new shoulder presses from Oxygen Magazine that Monica Brant had suggested. WOW do those hurt! But in a good way. I'm sure I'll not be able to pick my boogers later for sure!

AM - 30 minutes heavy lifting for shoulders
AM - 60 minutes step mill fat burn level 9 no hands

AF - 60 minutes step mill level 9 fat burn no hands

I've had 3 meals so far and it will be time for meal 4 in about an hour and a half. I'm still full from the last one ;). Trying to get fluids in as I had two beers yesterday and I'm totally feeling it today! ;p My stomach is still in distress but I'll just eat clean and drink tons of water like a good girl should ;). I'm going to try to get my pm cardio in today during late afternoon so we can be done and get home early. Z is going to hit it before I get off so we'll be good to go.

I think tonight might be a short one. Not much to do. Dinner is prepared, 3 loads of laundry were done yesterday and the dish washer was run and emptied. So pretty much all done. Oh check the mail for last minute RSVP's as tomorrow is the day we call to report the final count.

Tick, tock, tick tock.
