A Bit of Normalcy...

Feeling a bit more human. We actually got out about 7-8pm and went to the gym. I did 45 minutes of elliptical with resistance set high and was rocking out to my MP3 player working off some frustrations. Then I did 15 minutes of lifting. All in all not a bad workout. Glad we went. Then Z took me to the Cheesecake Factory and I had half of my BBQ chicken salad and a cappuccino. It was very good. We were very hungry when we got there so I thought I would be able to finish a full size salad but I totally wasn't after some bread and my cappuccino. So feeling good but not over stuffed. I hate that feeling. But I also HATE being hungry. Balance in all areas of my life is necessary heh.
Z is very supportive of my idea to get my cardio in, in the morning to give me that "me" time and to get a positive jump on the day. We will still go lift weights together because I really enjoy that and Z says it has been very beneficial for him as well but I feel if I get this cardio in then I can speed up my results and make me happier. I want it now damnit, now! ;)
Yeah so two posts in the same day - Holy Crap! But I had the time and like to update when I can fit it in. Hopefully I'll get cuddling in after Z updates the smart phone for me and see if I can connect to a switch at work to do some work in a bit cuz I can't right now. Just call me a night owl now that I've been dating Z. I'm going to have to work on that if I'm going to get up at 6:30am to get a workout in, shower, get dressed and drive into work with Z. I know I can do it, but it's going to cram even more things into my already very busy day. Oh well I want it that bad that I have to do this. I did it before and have much more weight to lose so I should be able to do this now.
