Day 63:
137.0 - I guess I need to increase the Physllium as I haven't had a BM yet ;).Oh well I'll just take it 3x's a day and see what happens and obviously increase my water intake a bit as well. Feeling good though a bit tired. I'll miss my sweetie this weekend, but hopefully we'll both have lots of fun. At least I'm sure he will.
AM - 30 minutes lifting for arms - ouch!
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
I'm gonna try to get out at lunch to do my PM cardio to get it done with. Then I hope to meet a few friends for a bite to eat and maybe a drink and then head home. No Z, so I'll probably clean a bit then go to bed. Then wake up early to workout again and clean before people start showing up for the Bridal Shower. Hope it turns out all right... ;)
