Day 61

Day 61:
135.6 - Bloat is going away, but I've added a fiber supplement to my diet so we'll see how the bloat goes now ;). I drink plenty of water though so it really shouldn't be a problem. We'll see. I hope it will help with the BM's already! Plus I need a bit more fiber in my diet anyways. I've added fruit (mornings) and fiber (twice a day) into the diet this week. So far loving it.

AM - 30 minutes lifting for shoulders
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms

Yesterday:
AM - 30 minutes lifting for legs
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
AF - 48 minutes step mill

Z tweaked his back so we didn't do a 3rd session yesterday night and it was nice ;). Z's bro is in town doing interviews in town so he stayed last night and will be staying tonight. Maybe I'll make some nice steaks for dinner tonight and some veggies or a mixed green salad. Hmm well see might be a long night. Drove myself and have to do PM cardio since I have no time to do it this afternoon :(. Maybe I'll be able to get out early and get that done though. We'll see.
