Day 58:
AF - 30 minutes lifting for chest
AF - 60 minutes step mill fat burn level 9 no hands.
I got to work out with my sweetie and it was nice though we'll have to work on coordinating stuff a bit. That will come with time. This was the first day ;). Then we both got chocolate protein shakes and I dropped him off. I usually never get to see him during the day so it was really nice!
This evening we got cardio to do and then it's home for our already prepared dinners.
PM - 45 minutes of cardio
I'm feeling a bit better though my stomach is still queezy :(. Still chugging lots of water to help clean things out.
Feeling better after the workout. Tomorrow morning should be even better.
