Day 47:
138.4 - going down again. I'm pretty sure I'll weigh in the 137's Monday, but we'll see. One day at a time.
AM - 30 minutes lifting for arms
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms level 16
AF - 60 minutes step mill fat burn level 9 no hands.
Happy St. Patty's day. I'm all done with my workouts just in case we do something tonight. I might even have a beer to celebrate. Might not though. Maybe a glass of wine. Or a diet tonic with madarine vodka - yummy. But just one! We'll see. I'll play it by ear. Only if I really, really want too. Just empty calories so I'll have to think about it. I could always be the designated driver tee hee.
Quiet day but I've been busy catching up on things. I've got to get this done and then head off to do something else. Maybe we'll be able to get Z's wedding band. That would be nice. I worked late last night so that didn't happen. Oh well.
