Day 41:
139.2 -YAYAYAYAYAYAY! Holy crap! I guess the extra kick of cardio is helping. I'll be adding a second session of cardio for the weekends as well until I reach goal.
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
AM - 30 minutes elliptical w/out arms
PM - 45 minutes elliptical w/arms
I've been a cooking machine. For my meals and for the guys. They are working so hard on replacing the fence. They are awesome! I bought red wine (I may or may not be partaking), Italian bread, steamed asparaguys, pumpkin muffins, garlic mash, and I'm broiling top sirloin. Should be delish!
I've got to go turn the meat.
