Day 31 - even lower

Day 31:
140.2 - another pound down. I think I'm going to start adding another oz of protein to Meal 5 since Meal 6 has been consisting of SF jello and that isn't protein. I've been averaging around 1200-1300 so far this week, so I'll try to get around 1400-1500 today and vary it up day to day. I might add another oz of protein to Meal 1-4 as well. One step at a time. I don't want to lose too fast. I actually got on the scale and saw 139.8 at first and almost fell off the scale LOL!! But I always weigh in until I get the same number twice. So when I got on again the next 3 times (just to make sure) I weighed in at 140.2. HOLY COW!

AM - 30 minutes of brutal leg lifting.
AM - 60 minutes on elliptical w/arms level 14 - 15 legs felt like lead.

Lifting:
Smith Rack 15 lbs (bar), 2x45 lbs (2 plates), 4x10 (4 sets of 10)

Leg Press: 4x45 (4 plates) 4x10 (4 sets of 10) with calf raises inbetween sets 4x10 (4 sets of 10). Holy hell my legs were worked during this workout.

Squat machine: 2x45 (2 plates) 4x10 (4 sets of 10) OH MY ACHING BUTT. It hurts so good. I literally watch myself squat and thrust my butt out and squeeze the whole way back up to standing position. This is doing wonders for my rear! So hard but so good. 4x10 (4 sets of 10)

One Legged Hack Squat: 2x45 (2 plates) 4x10 (4 sets of 10) OMG!!! Leg was totally twitching by the time I got to this one. My butt was aching holding my other leg up and balancing all my weight and then some on the other leg. My quad was totally worked. I felt nauseous after this one ;)! But in a good way.

Calf Raises: 375 lbs 2x10 (2 sets of 10) I only had so much time left and had to get cardio done so I cut this one short. I had already gotten a good leg workout so I didn't feel too guilty.

My legs and hips are already achy. I'm sure the PM cardio session with Z will help losen things up a bit.

My body looks so different in my clothes!!! I love it. I'm getting all ripped and loving that too. My arms are totally taking on a new shape. My thick legs are leaning out still and showing some definition. I love my breakfast. I feel like I'm cheating some how. I totally look forward to it everyday. This meal plan totally works for me. Lots of meat and veggies with a bit of natural peanut butter and black coffee w/splenda and lots of water and herbal tea. I know that is why this is working for me and I don't feel deprived. Well the one cheat meal definitely helps with that as well. I enjoy my one glass of wine and reasonable cheat meal per week. It allows me to feel human and go out with my sweetie. So far so good. I couldn't do this without his support though! He is wonderful.

My chest, and back are still aching from my workouts earlier this week. Must mean that I'm still challenging myself. Good!
