Day 30:
141.2 LOWEST EVA!!! I was only able to get to 142.0 with WW and that was by starving myself and not being in the greatest frame of mind after an breakup of an 8 year relationship. It was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I completely changed my life and my out look on life and met the man of my dreams and now I'm obtaining the body of my dreams as well.
AM - 30 minutes heavy lifting of back
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
AF - 45 minutes step mill level 7 no hands
Day 29:
AF - 30 minutes heavy lifting for chest
AF - 30 minutes running 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, 7.0 3.44 miles. Hip hurting again.
AF - 30 minutes step mill level 7 no hands
PM - 30 minutes running 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, 7.0, 7.2 3.40 miles. Argggh hip really hurting but I got a good run and sweat going.
PM - 15 minutes elliptical w/arms. SO SWEATY by the time I was done.
I was really proud that I still did my PM cardio after we went out to eat with some friends. I chose the chicken Soulvaki (chicken stewer) and the greek salad, no feta small. It was delicious but it was hard watching them eat a plate of greek fries and all the other heavenly things that I couldn't eat. I went home and had a cup of SF jello and then got dressed and headed out to the gym. Afterwards I felt great and wasn't hungry anymore. Drank 32 oz of water and then crashed.
Feeling good and strong.
