Day 31 workouts complete
AM - 30 mintues heavy lifting for legs
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms level 14-16
PM - 45 minutes step mill level 7 no hands
I increased my meal 5 to 5 oz of protein instead of just 4 oz. Meal 4's tuna tasted funny so I only ate about half. I had a protein shake after my PM cardio so I'm sure that helped, but I was a little short. I don't know if tuna goes bad after being out of the can in the fridge but is tasted bad and so I didn't eat much of it, but I did eat the whole grains and wild rice.
I've already had 128 oz of water and I'm on my next 32 oz bottle of water and I've already had two 12 oz cups of green tea.

I'm feeling kinda tired, but good and strong. My butt is sore and so are my legs but I'm sure it's nothing like what they will feel like tomorrow ;). The workout tomorrow will be necessary ot help stretch the muscles out and keep them warm.
I've got a busy day tomorrow so I'm going to try to get up at 5-5:30am to get an early start on the day.
It's about time to go to bed as soon at L0$t is done :).
