Day 29 - updated

Day 29 update:

AF - 30 minutes lifting for chest until arms and chest failed ;). My arms were twitching when I was trying to do my eyeliner afterwards tee hee.

AF - 30 minutes running 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, 7.0 for 3.44 miles. My legs felt like tree trunks but yet I kept bumping into the console so I had to keep speeding up. My hip is hurting a bit, but not too bad. I can cross my legs without it feeling like it is going to come out of socket so that is a good think right? ;) Uggghhh.

I just finished Meal 3 at 4:30 so Meal 4 is coming up. We're supposed to meet some friends at Greek food tonight and I don't want to be a poop so I'm going to try to do some research on what foods I can eat and be alright. I know I will be getting everything without feta though it tastes good my tummy can not handle cheese and it's already been doing flips for the last couple of days not sure why but I don't need to push it ya know? Oh well, we'll find something light and with protein and then once we get home I'll be hitting the gym to do my PM cardio.

Tomorrow I'm going to have to do all of my workouts at once as I've got to give the car to Z for it's check up and I have a meeting at 2-3 so an afternoon workout is out of the question and I promise Z I would be done before we go home so I can get some rest. He mentioned maybe all the early morning's with not a lot of sleep and crazy workouts and tons of coffee - I hear coffee! - is doing it. Hmm possibily but I'm not giving up my coffee! ;p

Anyways I need some tea I'm feezing! Hmmm maybe some coffee instead?

Any suggestions on what to eat at this Greek resaurant would be great. Anything with lean high protein and veggies would be fabulous :).
