Day 24

Day 24:
143.8 - right on track. Still early in the week. Plus I just did a heavy leg workout this morning ;).

AM - 30 minutes of heavy lifting for legs, butt, quads, and hamstrings.

AM - 60 minutes of elliptical w/arms

SWEATY MESS I WAS :)!!! I'm sure I'm going to feel this later during my PM cardio session.

Food from yesterday:
1529 cals
87 carbs
62 fat
142 protein

I wasn't going to have a protein shake after the PM cardio session last night at the Pro Club, but it would be a bit late once we got home, so I did. I probably could of gone without, but it didn't hurt anything and it ensured I had my does of protein within an hour of working out.

Day 23:

AM - 30 lifting for back
AM - 60 minutes step mill level 5 no hands
PM - 45 minutes step mill level 5 no hands. I was tired and I kept having to balance myself without the use of my arms. It really worked my legs AND my core.

I need to monitor my tbsp of peanut butter. I LOVE the stuff, but it's added cals & fat that I don't need in the evening. It's my treat though at the end of the day, but I guess I should try to watch it as I get closer to my goal. It's not a lot but still. We'll see.

Feeling tired this morning. So tired I was running about 30 minutes late, but oh well. Some days are just like that. I got my workout in, got showered/ready, ate, fed Z, got coffee and drove us into work and got in at a reasonable time.

I'm still stunned on a daily basis on how much my body has changed. My bra/back fat is gone! Now when I flex my back I see the muscles all move, but I need to remove more of the fat so that I can see more detail. I can't wait! My abs are complete different! I've never been that tone in the mid section though my stomach has never really stuck out. I was just kind of boxy there always. Now I'm getting an hour glass shape. I don't look like a box any more YAY! I'm curious to see what my dress will look like on me during my second fitting 3/9. I can't wait. I'll take updated pix as well to compare. I'll be taking update body pixs in another two weeks as well to compare the first, second and then finally the third pix all together. But we'll need to get Z's camera from his paretns in OR first ;(.

Oh well hopefully today goes smoothly!
