Hmm looking over this I was trying to vary my cals and stuff per day. I'll have to concentrate on that a bit more. I also want to try to stay between 1300 and 1500 now that I'm weigh less and want to keep going down and not maintain. I don't want to go too low though. As long as I keep my protein in takes high and my carbs and fats at a decent level I should be good. My water intake is always roughly 100-130 oz so that isn't really an issue. I don't even alwasy count the tea I drink throughout the day. I'm just going to keep chugging. This week doesn't have as many social events so that should help too. I did a BMR calculation and it stated that I need to eat roughly 1400 cals at rest with my high activity level, so I figure if I eat 1300 - 1500 I should be able to keep losing weight. We'll see. I definitely don't want to eat up higher than the high 1500's. I'll just keep tinkering with things. The only thing I don't like so far is I feel like a zombie because I'm so stinking TIRED and I'm constantly chomping on my sweetie and I don't mean too. I love him and don't like him to feel bad because I'm alwasy grumpy. At least he knows where I am and promised to be understanding and he is. I've got a wonderful man.
Gaw, please let today pass quickly. I'm already fading! It's only 11am in the afternoon people! Course I didn't get to eat Meal 1 until 10:30am. BAD! But this morning really threw me off :(. Oh well. I'll get better. Today was a special occasion. I'm sure I'll feel better once the food is digested. Uggghhh! Feel not so good. Tired. Must not close my eyes...
