Day 23:
? I have no idea as I changed up my morning routine by going into the Pro Club this morning instead of 24 hour fitness. Z had to get to work early so I packed up Meals 1-4, my vitamins and my clothes I was planning on wearing today last night. I'm proud to report that I didn't forget anything! Amazing. I was totally out of sorts this morning though ;). Thanks for making coffee sweetie. I need my coffee!
AM - 30 minutes heavy lifting for back.
AM - 60 minutes on step mill level 5 no hands. Sweaty heap afterwards.
I'll do my PM cardio after work. I'm feeling kinda beat and would like to maybe give Z more time at work, since the poor thing has been really slammed.
So while I was showering and soaping my up arms I felt how different they feel now that I have muscles forming all over. I really like my arms. They are really coming around! I see definition here people! This is huge to me. They've always been solid but there are peaks and valleys and stuff. So cool! Just had to share. My admonial area is leaning out so fast. The lowers are taking a bit and there is still a bit to get rid of on the back, but it's coming off. Slowly but surely. I'm very happy with the training and eating thus far. As long as I keep showing gains in muscle and losses in weight I'll keep on doing what I'm doing. I'm sure I'll have to tweak somethihg along the way though.
So far so good.
I'm still tired from yesterdays lack of sleep, so I'm sure today will be another mid day Americano day! YAY! More coffee!
