Day 17 update:
AF - 40 minutes of crazy hard heavy lifting for legs despite sore back from workout yesterday ;). Stupid? Maybe, but I goter done didn't I? ;) We'll see how I feel tomorrow though...
60 minutes of elliptical w/arms. SWEATING LIKE A PIG I WAS ;).
I just ate Meal 3 and will be packing Meal 4 for later tonight. We're going to another burlesque show tonight at 7pm. Should be motivating to get my PM cardio session done this evening no matter what. I plan on upping the PM cardio sessions to 60 for the rest of the week. Until Monday. We'll see if that helps the cheat meal. I'd like to have there not be so many occasions to eat for social purposes, but alas so is life right? The group we're meeting up with is eating at home and we did too, so I'm happy about that. Now they usually drink when we go out, but I'm going to abstain tonight. I don't care. I've had my 1.5 glass of wine this week.
I going to a dirty dancing class this saturday with a friend and then we are supposed to meet up with the others after at a pub. I requested we choose one that doesn't have only bar food so that I could maybe find something. I'll bring my food just incase. They are also heavy drinkers when we get together but I'm not having any. In a sense it makes me NOT want to go. It's hard enough as it is, but we are getting together to continue the discussion of the bachelorett party so I must be there. I'm sure it will be fine. I just feel a bit frustrated. I'm tired, my back still hurts, and I ate my meal in like 4-5 bites ;). This can make for a cranky girl ;). Oh well.
