Day 18

Day 18:
144.4 - Back down to my lowest ever, but we'll see if that doesn't move even lower. Yesterday was a heavy leg day and I still have 4 more days to go before my official weigh in.

AM - 30 minutes lifting for shoulders
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/out arms
PM - 60 minutes on the step mill level 5. So tired but I did it. I completed 3.5 hours in the gym total today

I made up the PM cardio session this morning. I got up at 5:15am after going to bed at midnight but it didn't hurt too bad. I was good last night. Only coffee, green tea, and I ordered the Chicken Larb which is minced cooked chicken, lemon, and fresh mint on a bed of lettuce served with a wedge of fresh cabbage. You wrap the minced chicken in the leaf and eat. Very light and yummy but packed with protein and veggies:). I estimated I only ate 4 oz of the minced chicken and 5-6 small wedges of cabbage. It was very good! I did have a few moments of regret when everyone else was drinking and having dessert but I held firm! Now I have to make it through Saturday evening :(. I wish I could just hide and eat my food and not have to worry but this is a life style plan right? I have to be able to navigate social functions but this week just has too many of them! Poop!

I still have my 60 minute step mill session to do this PM to do my cardio for the day. My lunch date to discuss a new potential job change has been reschedule so I can eat my down food YAY!

I was off today so I need to get caught up on things, so off to work I go!
