Day 12 updated again

I completed my PM cardio session on the good old step mill. I did a level 7 with no hands baby! Talk about a leg and booty buster! I was sweating good! The two girls on either side of me were totally resting on their elbows!! WTH? What is the point? One was trynig to step really fast, but it's defeating the purpose if your not actually carrying your body weight grrrrr! What ever. To each their own.

Dare I say I am developing my lower abs? ;) I flex them in the mirrow and I can totally see them taking shape. It's really weird to feel my clothes on my body right now. They fit very differently. I like it. Plus I can feel the muscles in my back, arms, and legs flex when I do basic tasks like get dressed after a workout. BTW I'm showering and getting ready much faster than I used too. Z used to have to wait so long. Must be the fact that I go TWICE a day huh? ;) That is awesome. I really try to maximize my time. I guess I'm being successful.

Z and I just realized how much leaner we are right now. It's cool to see our bodies changing to what we want to become. I'm excited even though I'm tired heh ;).

So I've cooked, measured/weighed and packed all my food into the little containers so they will be all ready to go with us down south tomorrow. It's kinda funny and weird to be packing up my food, but then again it gives me a sense of ease and peace knowing I won't be worrying about what to eat when :).

I'll be hitting the gym tomorrow morning before we head out. I'll be able to get up at 6am instead of 4:30am the majority of this week. Woot! I'll have time to do the cardio, come back shower, get ready, pack and eat my yummy breakfast. Then take out the garbage and we hit the road with our nice cups of black coffee. I really do "heart" my oatmeal pancakes. They are so much more filling than protein shakes and they taste like I'm cheating. Plus I can cook a bunch of them in advance so all I have to do is nuke them for a few minutes. I also love my black coffee with a little splenda. I can't believe I do since I was ALWAYS a creamer girl, but now I love getting Americano's at $t@ruck$ and getting "no room" and just using a bit of splenda. I'm so in heaven while I drink them now. I thought I was before but even more so now.

Anyways off to do the nails. I'll report my weight before we head out tomorrow.

We'll just a quick post, because I'm off to do my nails before we go. Then I should have enough time to have them dry before teh clothes in the laundry are done.
