Day 9:
145.6 lbs - new low! I was expecting to be up a bit as I ate a bit more cals last night as I was hungry! But that just goes to show that I don't understand my body at all and that I should trust that if I eat every 3 hours and drink my water and workout as I should my body will respond accordingly. So far anyways. Just call me a pessimist trying to prove myself wrong ;).
AM - 30 minutes lifing for back. Heavy workout. Sweating fairly well.
AM - 60 minutes on elliptical w/arms
Feeling WAY tired today. I didn't want to get up, but reflecting on the progress I've made thus far got my butt up this morning ;). Good thing as I felt much better once I got to the gym. I was still tired but very happy that I did it and kept my promise to my self. I started my day right as I should.

I was hungry last night so I had an evening protein shake for meal 6.
Feeling my back workout today, but in a good way ;). Feel tired though but really glad that I woke up and did it. Tonight I'll do 45 minutes of the step mill. We already have dinner all prepped so it will be a piece of cake tonight. We'll grab a protein shake on the way home and then eat dinner shortly after we get home.
Wedding update is we will be wearing korean wedding clothing as well.
