Day 8 Update

Day 8 update:
AM - 30 minutes lifting for chest
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms

AF - 45 minutes on step mill

I might not have time to get a PM cardio session in today so I made it to the gym this afternoon instead. Good thing work wasn't overly busy this afternoon. We're leaving early to make it down south and then I don't know what the plans are so I decided not to take any chances. If there is time and Z needs some company I'll go with him to be supportive. My hip is feeling a bit better, but not good enough to run. I've tried to jog from the car to the door of the gym several times and still feel a very sharp pain every time I do it :(. I got my extra pair of orthodics and got an every day pair as well. Now I'll need to find a new pair of danskos that I can remove the soles so that I can place the orthodics in them. My current pair doesn't allow you to remove them, so YAY I'll be getting new shoes.
I should call my mom to see how she is doing and let her know that we still plan on showing up at 6pm or as close to it this evening at the shop. Hopefully she is feeling better. She has had a rough couple of months with the accident and now this. Her family just isn't there for her and I know it hurts her very much. I wish I could help but I don't know how. I'll just try to stay close by but give her space as well as she is very grumpy and it affects my mood as well. No need to have to very grumpy women running around this world. Poor Z he has to deal with me like this but he is very understanding. Thank god I have him.
Almost time for Meal 3 at 3pm YUM!
