Day 7:
147.0 - no PM cardio and today is my rest day.
I've been a cooking fiend!
I've made a turkey meat loaf easy recipe from ozygen mag that taste wonderful!!! I get to eat some for Meal 2 today with 1/3 cup of wild rice. The stats on the turkey loaf is 122 cals, 1 fat, 3 carbs, & 25 protein. So easy and that is for 6.5 oz roughly. I'm only eating 3 oz per serving unless it's Meal 4. I'm only going to have this once per day. I've boiled more wild rice. Measured and packed albacor tuna and grilled chicken in their little containers. All wild rice is 1/3 cup and all tuna and chicken are 3 oz. I'll probably save the meat loaf for dinner. I haven't portioned them out yet so that will be easy to measure once I get home. I also made 4 oatmeal pancakes this morning. I ran out of egg beaters so I'll go get more so that I can make more and complete the protein bars for zac. I boiled a bunch of eggs and I'll make the protein cookies/bars for him to take to work since he doesn't usually remember to get something extra while he is at lunch and ends up starving early in the evening poor guy! I've also just about finished laundry other than folding it ;) and all the dishes from the party have been cleaned and put away but I'm quickly filling it again with all my cooking today LOL! I'm trying to hurry and get ready, head to the store for a few more groceries and then head to mom's so that we can hang out a bit and then I'll watch the game over there. Since my sweetie is out she is capitalizing on me time :).
Busy, busy, just trying to write a few things done. Maybe If I get bored I'll do a 60 minute cardio session tonight while I wait for my honey to get home. But then again maybe I should let my body rest. Hmmm we'll see. I'll play it by ear.
Off to the store for more supplies!
This week will get off to a grreeeaaattt start!
