Day 6:
146.2lbs - new low!
AM - 60 minutes on elliptical
I've had 4 meals and didn't go off schedule with wine, pie, and pot stickers in the house! My house no less. I had a few girls over to help with the old inivations and it only took them 30 mintues! I didn't have the labels yet, but Zac and I can totally handle that ourselves:). Amazing. I didn't think it would be that easy. All I had do was feed them some food and wine and I can get work out of em! It was really nice just to have them over. We all had a really great time even though I had to watch what I ate and when I ate. They were totally fine with it since they continued to graze as well. They finished 6 bottles of wine! Wahhhhh! I wanted some but not bad enough to break my plan. I really liked the number on the scale, and the fact that my belt is buckling on a smaller notch already that I didn't cave in. There wasn't any reason. Z called to check in on me and tell he loved me. He is so sweet and was excited about the progress I was making and the fact that I got to hang out with my girls. I wish Jessi was able to make it but she was busy. My girl friend Jenn who made the labels wasn't able to make it either as she is spending time with her mom so two dear girls were missed but not forgotten.
Last night I made up my PM cardio session from Thursday night when I opted to spend some TLC time with my sweetie AND my normal cardio PM session so I did 90 mintues.
Day 5 update:
AM - 30 minutes lifting for arms
AM - 60 minutes ellptical w/arms
PM - 45 minutes on step mill
PM - 45 minutes on ellitpical w/arms
I was a SWEATY monkey! ;) But I felt great. Maybe that is what helped the shift of the scale this morning?
The food from yesterday looked like this:
1509 cals
103 carbs
43 fat
171 protein
I've been pretty good at varying the cals and I'm proud of that.
Once I got home I was able to fold laundry, cook dinner, vaccum, unload the dish washer and get the grocery list written all before 11pm. I crashed early and got up early. I did get to sleep in an hour though.
I'm heading to mom's for dinner and she already knows I'm watching what I eat, so I'm bringing my scale to measure out 4 oz of lean steak and I'll have 1/2 - 1 cup of green beans. Woot! I feel strong and good.
Need to drink two more 32 oz water bottles but I've got that down. I'll just take it with me in the car and have one at dinner. Done!
