Day 4:
146.6 lbs - (-0.2 but I did a heavy leg workout yesterday so we'll see if that is any different tomorrow)
AM - 30 minutes lifting for shoulders. I threw in the Smith machine/rack shoulder press move I got from my Oxyg3n magazine. That was a killer move!!!
AM - 60 mintues elliptical w/arms
Yesterday I was way low on cals by the time I was done with my PM cardio and shower, so I ate 2 tbps of natural peanut butter. No complaints here!
Yesterday:
1300 cals
63 carbs
54 fat
127 protein
I don't know why it was low, but I didn't have my protein shake last night so maybe that is why? I'll try to watch tonight and I will have my protein shake (3 scoops 120 cals) and maybe 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter if I need it.
So far so good. Never really hungry though today I did eat my 2nd meal about an hour late and started to feel a bit hungry. I was a good girl and went out to teriyaki with my co-wokers but ordered only have an order of plain grilled chicken and no rice only the cabbage slaw (vinegar and cabbage). I measured out 1/2 cup and ate it with my tuna and my rice which I brought into the restaurant. I'm saving the chicken for when I can actually measure it at home and then I don't have to cook any meat for dinner tonight! I also have plenty of the cabbage left so I'll have the chicken and cabbage tonight. Done dinner planning is solved!
So far feeling good. Just one more day and then it's FRIDAY!
