Day 2 of Meal Plan and AM Workout

Day 2:
148.6 - WTH? OK so I shifted 4.4 lbs in a day? Whatever. My body makes no sense but I'll take it! ;)

I finished yesterday with roughly 1600 calories consumed. I went back an entered my SF calcium chews and SF syrup, and black coffee with splenda. Today I'm going to try to finish the day with a bit less. Maybe around 1300-1400 calories. I want to vary up the calories per day if I can to keep my body guessing. Plus I want to save some of the extra calorie comsumption for legs day tomorrow:). I'll probably need it!

My hip is still hurting, but I'm just trying to walk carefully and adjust my stride when I'm ellipticaling.

I was up until 1am yesterday so I'm am a tired monkey today. Z went skiing so I went about my business and then around 11:05PM I got into bed for a bit to take a nappy since I was up at 4:30 and only got 5 hours of sleep the night before. He called at 11:35PM, so I drove to Redmond to pick my sweetie up. We were both tired. Still tired. It is probably going to be an early night tonight for both of us. PM workout and then eat and then sleep. We'll probably just DVR the shows and get some sleep. I really need it for my leg workout tomorrow.

So far not feeling deprived. I haven't taken pics yet. I really need to so I can see the differences. Food is food at this point. I just want to make sure I get it eaten in the time I need to.

I added flax seed oil to my regimine and I'm going to have 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter with my oatmeal egg white panacake w/ 2 tbsp SF syrup in the morning. It was yummy and totally filling! Much more filling than a protein shake ;).

Just about time for Meal 2.

Day 2 is underway and going smoothly so far.

I have a team meeting during my 3rd meal of the day so it looks like I'll be bringing my lunchie to the meeting with me. I'm really glad I didn't buy a mini fridge, because now I can carrying things with me. This will help me stay on track. I'll have to remember to bring it with me on tickets that I think will take longer than expected so that I can eat while I work ;).

Feeling tired but good.

I'm glad my sweetie had such a good time skiing. It was beautiful and perfect he said. So good. He's been waiting for a bit. Glad he got the opportunity.
