Day 1 of meal plan and workouts is complete.
I didn't feel wonky during the day other than being a bit tired from only having 4.5 ours of sleep and having a long day.
I pretty much ate every 3 hours, though my 5th meal was an hour late.
I ate 1553 calories today. I had to add 2 Tbsp of Adams Natural chunky peanut butter at the end because I was only at 1331 calories for the day and I read that you should eat less than your weight X 10 = 125lbs X 10 Calories/lb = 1250 calories per day which for me would be around 1500 or so calories, but with my activity level that can vary from 1400 - 1600. I'm tracking my food on www.sparkspeople.com and they want me to meet a goal of:
1610 - 1960 cals
181 - 318 carbs
36 - 76 fat
40-172 protein
Today I managed:
1457 cals
86 carbs
32 fat
190 protein
I really don't like the fitness tracker on this thing but I'll do my best.
I'm feeling good. I'm not hungry. I've had plenty of fluid (164 oz). I did pretty well for my first day. My left hip still really hurts. I'm trying to lay off the running until it stops hurting to walk :(. My right knee was bothering me tonight as well. Man it seems like it's just one thing after the other! Oh well I'll just roll with it. Tomorrow is another new day.
