So today ending up being a nice relaxed day that my sweetie and I got to hang out go out to eat - yes again - and I was able to prep my food. I've taken a few more pictures one of them being my tiny little portions of food. I do get to eat a lot more often though - if I stay on top of it. I bought a soft carrier with an ice pouch so that I can take it with me if I need to with my laptop bag. I've got to be better about getting my meals in.
Here is the plan I'm going to follow
7AM 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/3 cup oatmeal
10AM 4 oz lean meat (chicken or tuna), 1/3 cup brown rice
1AM 4 oz lean meat, 1/3 cup brown rice
4PM 4 oz lean meat, 1/3 cup brown rice
7PM 4 oz lean meat, 1/2 cup of greens
10PM protein shake or 5 egg whites
Snack SF FF jello
The 10pm meal might be a protein shake instead. I'm not sure yet. I might prefer that instead of more eggs. Plus it will be lighter right before bed.
I still need to have Z upload the pics he took of me when I first started 4 weeks ago. I'll take new pics this week sometime. They I'll take new ones again in about two to three weeks to see how the diet and the exercise change me even more. I can't wait.
