AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
PM - 30 minutes lifting for back
PM - 45 minutes ellptical w/arms

Wednesday 1/18 (Day 10):

AM - 30 minutes ellptical w/out arms
AM - 30 minutes running

No lunch time workout as I'm going to lunch with my MOH.

I need to watch sodium and carbs at night.

Trying to get my water in as well.

I need to get my stuff into WW today. I did everything but dinner and breakfast stuff this morning. I'll udpate it when I get back.
