Tuesday 1/17:
153.2* I need to watch my sodium and my portion sizes. I've been eating way too many salty items, not to mention the ton of wine I consumed this weekend. Plus I need to get more water in.

AM - 60 elliptical w/arms

AF - no workout. I went to lunch with co-workers. Double salad (shredded vinger and cabbage) and boneless chicken breast

PM - will be 30-45 minutes back lifts and 45 minutes of elliptical w/arms.

AM - strawberry protein shake w/1 cup of frozen mixed fruit

AM - packet of weight control oatmeal

AF - salad & 4 oz lean chicken teriyaki w/light sauce (not thick and sweet either).

SN - banana

Points eaten so far - 14
Activity points earned - 3
