Day 8 complete.
I'm enjoying a nice cup of green tea my sweetie made for me to enjoy after my shower after the last cardio session of the day.
Monday 1/16:
AM - 30 min elliptical w/arms
AM - 30 min running
AF - 30 min lifting for chest
PM - 45 min elliptical with arms
Food:
Post workout chocolate, banana, fiber protein shake.
3 hours later weight control oatmeal
3 hours later grilled chicken salad, protein cookie, & diet snapple
2 hours later another protein cookie
3.5 hours later teriyaki w/brown rice and salad
Post evening 2 cups of water & cup of green tea
I ate a bit too much for dinner, but I was hungry. I'll have to watch that.
All in all a good day. A bit tired, but oh well. Tomorrow is another day.
I've only got to get through tonight and then I'll be handing off the on call to the next person. Please no pages in the middle of the night.
