Sunday 1/15:
Rest day
Much needed too as I had a bit too much wine on Saturday night. Way more than 3 glasses and ended up losing my organic roasted chicken dinner and most of the wine :(. I'm not going to go into details. It was painful, but I had fun while it lasted! I will never be a professional drinker! Ugggh. My throat and esophagus is still recovering.
Monday 1/16:
I drove myself into to the Pro Club, since Zac worked from home so I forgot the weigh in this morning.
AM - 30 min ellptical w/arms
AM - 30 min running
AF - 30 min lifting for chest
Food is going well.
9AM - chocolate, banance, fiber protein shake
11AM - weight loss oatmeal
2PM - grilled chicken salad & protein cookie
Water is alright. I need to drink more. I got myself a diet snapple as a treat and am enjoying it with my homemade protein cookie right now. I need to make more so that Z and I can eat them throughout the week.
Oh well back to work.
