I'm going to quickly update my blog before Z forcably take my butt to bed!!!
I did get my lunchtime workout in again!! Stupid busy work. I'm just going to have to go! I eat lunch on the go or while I'm working at my desk. I HAVE to get this going.
Food is going well but I'm not doing a great job of tracking right now. I'll try to update WW online tomorrow. I've been averaging below 20 points though which is good. I haven't been able to do that for a while.
When I got into the groove of working out in the morning I felt as though I started my day "right" and that I didn't want to eat poorly or do anything to sabatage my early morning efforts. I was giving up sleep for goodness sakes! I feel like I'm getting back into that feeling. I feel energized, though I'm physically tired from working out. Nothing unbearable. People run 500 miles these days. Why? Everyone has a different reason, but mine is you only live once. Why not try to achieve the unachievable? I'm starting to feel like this training is more like a version of Th3 b1gg3$t L0$3r. My own personal version. I feel good and I know I'm doing my body good, so why not? I want to see how amazing I can make my body and I'm the only one who can do it right? I better get this thing under control now old age and kids are going to kick my butt and I'm going to be old and saggy!
Anyways I's gotta go as Z is about to go ape shit on my butt! Hee hee LOL!
